PayPal charges a transaction fee of 3% of the payment amount. We bear these fees for you.

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer payment on account. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to pay for the order or to check it beforehand. You will receive the account details and the reason for payment from Klarna by e-mail after placing your order.

The use of the payment methods invoice and hire purchase requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.

Payment is made to Klarna in each case: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods. If you choose the Klarna instalment plan, you can pay for your order at your own pace. You will then receive a monthly statement for each instalment purchase - this will always be sent in the middle of the month.

To be able to pay for your order in instalments with Klarna, you must first select the instalment purchase as your payment option. From then on, you will receive regular statements from Klarna and can decide for yourself how much you pay - at least the set minimum amount of your statement. If you no longer want to pay the instalments monthly, you can also pay the outstanding balance in full at any time.

Payment by credit card (MasterCard® SecureCode™ or VISA Verified by VISA) up to max. 1000 euros. Silentics uses the 3D-Secure procedure as additional protection. When paying with MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa, an additional input field opens that connects you to your bank. There you enter your personal password and thereby identify yourself as the rightful cardholder.
This password is a security value that only you and your bank know. This protects your cardholder data. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.

We also offer SOFORT bank transfer. In this case, we receive the transfer credit immediately. This speeds up the entire ordering process. All you need is your account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Via the secure payment form of SOFORT GmbH, which is not accessible to merchants, SOFORT automatically places a transfer in your online bank account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant's bank account. If you choose the payment method SOFORT, a pre-filled form will open at the end of the order process. This form already contains our bank details. In addition, the transfer amount and the reason for payment are already displayed in the form. You must now select the country in which you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as when you registered for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Immediately afterwards, you will receive confirmation of the transaction. In principle, every Internet user can use SOFORT as a payment method if he has an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that SOFORT is not yet available at some banks. A payment by giropay guarantees you an easy and secure transfer of money on the internet. By selecting the payment method giropay, you must first enter the bank code at the end of the order process - you will then be redirected directly to your bank's online banking. The completed payment form then only needs to be authorised by you. The bank transfer is authorised via a TAN procedure or the generation of a PIN. 

Please note that this payment method can only be used if your bank also offers giropay as a form of payment and you can use online banking. After completing the transfer, you will be redirected back to our website and receive a confirmation of the payment so that we can process your order immediately.

Apple Pay is a simple and private way to pay for orders online. You no longer have to search for your wallet to find the right card. With Apple Pay, all you need is an iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch nearby and you can pay within seconds.
